At this time we are unable to offer online transactions.
All performers must abide by the Safety Requirements to be covered by our Liability Insurance.
The cost of membership for the current year is $150.00, and may be pro-rated throughout the membership year.
Membership year runs from May 5th to May 4th of the following year.
New forms will be updated in early April.
Please print out one of the below forms and mail the completed form with your check or money order for $150 made payable to American Fire Artists to:
